First, make your favourite pancake batter.
This is mine:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Slice one or two pancakes into thin slices. Pour 1/2 tbsp pancake batter onto frying pan, then place one slice of banana, and top with another 1/2 tbsp batter. Flip when the bottom of cooked. These pancakes take a bit longer to cook than regular pancakes.
